Procurement supporting contractual outcomes : managing tendering activities (RFQs/RFPs, bid evaluation, stakeholder alignment), leading negotiations and finalising contracts across a range of delivery models (multi-package, EPC/EPCM, GMP, etc.).

Contract administration & change control : managing execution (variations/change orders), handling claims and disputes, and driving supplier performance through structured governance, reporting and relevant KPIs.
